Performance evaluation of research joint ventures: An organizational learning perspective

چکیده
This paper focuses on organizational learning and knowledge management through research joint ventures (RJVs) and explores the conditions that influence RJV performance. Using data from 247 Europeans firms involved in RJVs we identified four groups of RJVs according to the perceived value of RJV and the RJV performance. The effect of the locus of RJV and the learning and knowledge management on the perceived value-performance relation (expectation-result relation) was studied to provide more in-depth analysis.
